Acceptance of Terms
By using ClickFlex, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old
- You agree to follow these Terms
- You agree to our Privacy Policy
If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
Use of the Platform
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Use ClickFlex only for lawful purposes
- Follow all affiliate/advertiser rules
- Not misuse tracking tools, data, or system features
Prohibited actions include:
- Fraud, fake clicks, or invalid traffic
- Brand bidding, TM+ misuse (if restricted)
- Distributing malware, bots, or harmful tools
- Spamming or creating misleading content
We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these rules.
Publisher / Influencer Responsibilities
If you operate as a publisher, influencer, or content partner on ClickFlex, you agree to the following:
a. Traffic & Content Standards
- Generate only legitimate, organic, and compliant traffic
- Provide accurate content and avoid misleading claims
- Clearly disclose paid partnerships where required
- Follow all advertiser-specific rules and campaign restrictions
b. Compliance with Canadian Advertising & Privacy Laws
Publishers must follow all applicable Canadian laws, including:
Consumer Privacy & Data Protection

Anti-Spam & Email Marketing Rules

c. Additional Responsibilities
- Avoid fraudulent behavior or invalid traffic
- Ensure all affiliate links and tracking are used correctly
- Respond to compliance inquiries promptly
- Remove restricted content when instructed
Failure to comply may result in:
- Reversed commissions
- Account restriction or suspension
- Permanent removal from ClickFlex
Advertiser Responsibilities
- Provide accurate campaign information
- Follow all tracking requirements
- Pay commissions according to agreed terms
- Avoid misleading or prohibited content
Commissions & Payments
- Commission rates vary per advertiser
- Fraudulent or invalid traffic is non-payable
- Payments are made only after advertiser validation
- Reversals may occur if advertisers reject transactions
- Minimum payout thresholds may apply
Tracking & Data
- Tracking uses cookies, pixels, and unique IDs
- Browser privacy settings may affect tracking
- ClickFlex is not responsible for untracked sales due to external systems
Account Suspension
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- Fraudulent activity is detected
- Advertiser rules or compliance laws are violated
- You fail to respond to compliance requests
- False or misleading information is provided
Limitation of Liability
ClickFlex is not liable for lost revenue, delays or technical issues, untracked clicks or sales, third-party system errors, or advertiser payment delays or decisions.
Intellectual Property
All ClickFlex branding, logos, and content belong to our company. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Governing Law
These Terms follow the laws of Canada and your applicable province.
Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will appear with a new “Last Updated” date.
